Imagine purchasing a van that you cannot see (directly), touch, or smell. On top of that it is some 2,200+ miles away. As dicey as this proposition seemed Enterprise made it easy to make just such a purchase and feel confident every step along the way. Four years ago Enterprise purchased the van new with 6 miles on it. They did all the scheduled maintenance over that 4-year period so I felt confident about the mechanical condition. The photos were great . . . I was sold. It took a while to have it shipped to me in Illinois but when it arrived it looked just as good as in the photos; even better! Scott Siney took care of me all the way through the process. There were a couple of minor issues such as needing a new battery but all expenses were completely refunded to me. Scott was great throughout, explaining everything about the process. Enterprise Van Sales is the best. They are both honest and reliable (when was the last time you heard that about any car dealership?). Recommended!

I had been looking for a van obsessively for three months after my old 1992 camper van "died". A friend saw an ad for a Ford Transit Mid roof on CarGurus and forwarded it to me. After much research on the van itself and the company, Enterprise, I felt that the price was great and the company reliable. Then there was the problem of how to get the van in Long Beach because I lived in Santa Cruz. During the several weeks it took to make arrangements and my hesitation to send the money without seeing the van first, Allen was more than accommodating and Teresa was patient with all my email communications! Allen held the van for me until I could fly down without any deposit. What company would take that risk? In addition, he met me at the airport on his day off and drove me to Enterprise. Once I was finally there, I had no hesitation about purchasing the van. The van was very comfortable and easy to drive home. When I got home, I saw that one tire was worn and was advised to replace it. There was no hesitation by Enterprise about getting it replaced. I highly recommend this company. We were flooded in South Louisiana on August 12th, 2016. We lost Our twelve passenger E350 to six feet of flood water! I called Allen in Long Beach and asked if he could get me a replacement quickly, and I was very shocked at how fast he and his team jumped on it... I picked a 2013 ten passenger Ford E350, got financed, and Allen had the van on a truck and in my driveway in just a matter of about a week and a half! Best car buying experience ever! It couldn't have gone smoother. They had a great selection of Ford Transit and Econoline vans available. Their inventory was all well maintained and immaculate. I wanted a low-roof Transit. They had 3 2015 models and one 2016. I bought the 2016 that had only 13,000 miles on it. It was like buying a brand new van. I priced out a similarly equipped new van at Ford, and the Enterprise price was almost $10,000 less. With their no-haggle pricing, they were able to show me exactly how much the drive-off cost would be, to the penny. This made it so much easier to present this info to my credit union while finalizing my loan. Prior to buying, I asked my family mechanic if he was familiar with this dealership. He told me that he used to service their vehicles before they started to do their own maintenance in-house. He said all their vehicles are extremely well maintained. He said he had even bought a few cars from them himself. I would recommend Enterprise Van Sales, and their Car Sales, to any of my friends looking for a low mileage used vehicle. Ask for Kenny or Allen. (BTW, the van sales guys operate out of the Enterprise Car Sales office, but work separately. They are only available Monday - Friday, but can come in on Saturday by appointment.)

Just bought a van from these guys, and they made it super easy. Very honest and straight forward in the way they do business. Had something that needed to be taken care of with the vehicle after purchasing and they did not hesitate to do everything they could, which was everything I needed. Teresa Gonzalez was the sales rep that took care of me and she was great. Would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a large passenger van, no matter where you live in the U.S. there is no better or easier pace to buy a vehicle. Thanks

Teresa and the team at Enterprise made buying a van from out of state a breeze! I had very specific needs and She went out of her way to measure parts of the vehicle for me so I knew exactly what I was getting. Payment and shipping was a breeze and I received the van within one week of final payment . LA to Dallas! And most importantly the vehicle is in fantastic condition.

3 weeks ago We have six children and were looking for a van that could accommodate our large family. We looked everywhere and we are so thankful we found Enterprise Vans. Scott continuously kept us updated on inventory. He was great to deal with and professional. He was also very honest. Once he got in the van that we wanted, everything moved quickly and we purchased the van in less than a hour. We got Transit that has captain seats! I'm talking luxury comfort and took a month road trip after our purchase. Our ride is still doing great and we are so happy we got it.

9 months ago My wife and i were looking for a van that would be suitable for our family of eight and tow a 23 foot camping trailer as well. We found what we liked and spoke to Scott and Teresa about coming to long beach and taking a look at the one we liked. We went up. met with Scott. and he was extremely helpful to us. He gave us plenty of his time to talk about the vehicle and check it out to ensure we were making the right decision. There was a minor issue with the van that we liked and Scott was more than helpful in correcting the issue. We brought it home and love it. It was a fabulous deal! Thousands less then dealers in our area for basically the same van! I will refer anybody I know looking for a van to Scott and Teresa!! NO REGRETS ! Thank you so much!!

Superbly Excellent service. Top choice for me personally„ being in sales in the past.. I was impressed. Ask for Scott definitely. The only reason I didn't purchase from them was because my bank didn't work with that specific dealership. Bummer. But highly recommend Scott..humble . professional guy.
